Yes, yes we have rules how to use the box and materials, always ask the AKA Coach. Beside that we have an AKA ethos, because we want to create an environment and surrounding where you are safe and are triggered to become the best version of yourself: house rules and ethos.

A drop in is a one time visit for an experienced crossfitter.

Yes we have a minimum of 3 months, we believe in the CrossFit methodology, it needs time, patience and consistency.

Yes we offer 15% discount on our yearly membership, please read our waiver for the detals.

Yes, only for students and kids with a Jeugdsportfonds pass. In both cases we ask for current credentials.
